Hi, I’m Julie Ciardi—and I’m not your typical business coach. I didn’t become a coach after one successful launch or a lucky viral reel.
I didn’t build my brand off a single strategy that happened to work once—and now sell it as a formula for everyone else.
I bring something entirely different to the table: 27 years of real business experience, including a decade as a Vice President of Marketing & Sales at IBM, where I led global teams, built powerful brands, and trained hundreds of professionals in client attraction, positioning, and timeless sales strategy.
I have my MBA. I understand the foundations of business at a level most online coaches simply don’t—and I pair that with something rare and revolutionary: Human Design.
When I left corporate in 2017, I thought I was ready. I had all the knowledge, the experience, the drive. But I quickly found myself drowning in the online coaching space—overwhelmed by conflicting strategies, “bro marketing” energy, and a total lack of personalization.
That’s when I knew: something was missing. It wasn’t more strategy. It was alignment.
So I created what I wish I had when I started: the Human Design Business Accelerator™ and the IGNITE Coach School—a certification program for women who are ready to become Human Design Coaches and lead others into transformation with clarity, confidence, and true expertise.
Who I Serve
I work with powerhouse women—most in their 40s, 50s, and beyond—who are ready to do the work they were meant to do in the world.
Some are already coaches, mentors, or service providers looking to scale with a deeper framework. Others are stepping into something completely new. But they all share a desire to serve, to lead, and to leave behind the exhausting hustle that defines so much of the online space.
