I also left a high multiple 6 figure executive career to start my own business 8 years ago. So I know exactly where you are no matter what stage you are in because I have been there too.

My role is to help you see the wisdom & expertise already there, translate it into clear work, and build something sustainable around it.
What I bring to this space is depth, perspective, and pattern recognition earned over decades — not trends or tactics of the Online Coaching Gold Rush of the 2010's.

My style is to watch, observe and through the Action Tracker and Community chat I can see where the collective is at - and adjust coaching, training and the daily podcast to help move everyone forward. It is truly dynamic learning, creation and support. Magical.
Why This Work Matters to Me
After 30+ years in business and building a multi-million-dollar mentorship company, I’ve seen why most online business models eventually stop working — and what actually creates long-term success. I have also truly dialed in what is most important to me.
My tribe tends to have the same values - our families, our spiritual life, our health, and our missions mean more to us than a specific dollar amount. Integrity and doing the work we love is what fuels us.
I am a mom to 2 adult children - Jack (20) and Caroline (22) and my baby Cason (12). When I was at IBM, my expectations on them were not fair. I was miserable most of the day Mon-Fri, so being with them was my joy and happiness.
Kids are kids. Kids aren't meant to make us happy! When I left IBM 8 years ago, my relationship with my family of 5 changed dramatically. Because I am happy, purpose driven and fulfilled; I can genuinely appreciate the moments I have with them and intentionally build the life I desire as a mom to adult children and, if blessed, grandchildren.
This mirrors where my tribe is at. And what they value.
They are all pursuing their mission, their divine design & purpose. There is nothing that makes your frequency vibrate and shine a light on others than that!
I am deeply committed to helping women in midlife and beyond do the work they were designed to do — their life’s work, their legacy work.

I call it the anti-social media plan - I teach a framework for creating new leads daily that does not require organic social media marketing. There is a massive difference between a content creator and a transformational entrepreneur or fractional expert. Spending so much time on organic social media content only to have zero to show for it, is not only frustrating, but not necessary. I have built my multiple 7 figure business WITHOUT social media.

Consults that Close - The Magic Sales Call
Sales is not hard. If you nail your marketing, sales is in fact quite simple. But where women get tripped up is not having a process and system to run a sales call. Most women are givers and the sales call ends up becoming a free coaching session, the prospect says "thank you so much, I will go work on that." and doesn't buy from you. We have a simple system to nail this call. I know I know - you don't want to do sales calls. Not many people do, but I will tell you that our clients LOVE running Magic Sales Calls - they are GOLD.

Content Creation with AI & Human Design
You should NOT outsource your content creation to AI. Like ever. Because we can now all tell when it has been written by AI. However, AI can be the most powerful content creation and thought leadership contemplation partner. But there are two main things you must do. #1 create your own Chief Content Officer (custom GPT) and feed it with the right ingredients, #2 Bring in your unique Human Design into that custom GPT - absolute magic!

Offer & Program Delivery Ecosystems
I am HOT on this topic. Coaching programs and memberships haven't changed much in 10 years. Content vault, community on Facebook and Zoom for coaching.
